Aream is a personalization engine that generates structured outputs (Codex) based on user-provided data. Aream does not provide medical advice, therapy, financial guidance, or legal counsel. All practices are voluntary and optional.
Aream does not treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any medical condition. The practices and guidance provided are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
Aream does not guarantee any specific results from using its services. Individual experiences vary. The Codex is a structured framework, not a promise.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.
All content, symbols, terms, and structures within Aream are the intellectual property of Aream. The symbolic system and lexicon are internally defined and original. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Aream content without permission.
You retain ownership of data you provide (intake responses, reflections). By using the service, you grant Aream a limited license to process this data for the purpose of generating your Codex.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Aream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
