Aream collects the minimum data necessary to generate your personalized Codex and maintain your account. This includes: display name, birth data (date, time, location), current state and aim selections, practice preferences, and email address for account management.
Your data is used exclusively to generate and store your Aream Codex, provide personalized updates (if subscribed), and manage your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Aream uses algorithmic processing to generate Codex outputs based on your intake data. This processing is deterministic — the same inputs produce stable results. Your data is processed on our servers and is not sent to external AI services for Codex generation.
Birth data (date, time, location) is collected solely for Codex personalization. It is stored securely and separated from identity data where possible. You may request deletion of this data at any time.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data and generated reports are permanently removed.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your Codex data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the portal or at the email address provided in your account settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
