What you are about to enter is not a form. It is a set of coordinates. Each one anchors a different layer of your Codex. Enter them with care — precision opens more.

Name Given at Birth

The first name placed on you. Before you chose anything for yourself. This is where the Codex begins.

Name in Current Use(optional)

The name you have grown into, or chosen. If different from your birth name, it carries its own signal.

Date of Birth

The calendar coordinate of your arrival. Day, month, year — the composition of the world when you entered it.

Place of Birth

Where you first entered the world.

Time of Birth

This is the most precise coordinate in your Aream Codex. Across the oldest living systems on earth — some measuring in 2-minute increments, others in 4, others in 8 —TIME OF BIRTH determines the angular architecture that no other data can reach. The Ascendant. The house system. The gate activations. These layers rotate continuously. Every few minutes, something shifts. Enter what you know with exactness.
